BNPC Planning Neighborhood Cleanup For This Weekend

The Barrio Neighborhood Planning Committee will host a 2-day cleanup event on September 8th and 9th.
The fun will be held at the Tri-State Fair and Rodeo grounds, located at 3301 Southeast 10th Avenue, with both days kicking off at 9 am.
Participants will clean the Fairgrounds, the streets to Manhattan Street, south on Quarterhorse Drive, and the alley behind 918 South Houston on Friday, while Saturday will focus on cleaning the streets and alleys from 10th South Grand to I-40.
All volunteers and residents are invited to join for one or both days and are asked to wear long sleeves, long pants, and plenty of bug spray.
