Barrio Neighborhood Planning Commission

The Los Barrios de Amarillo, the Barrio Neighborhood Planning Commission, and the Amarillo Hispanic Chamber of commerce are getting together to host the Hispanic Heritage lunch and award celebration.

The event will take place on October 12. It’ll take place at11;30 a.m. with the program starting at noon at the Amarillo Civic Center Grand Plaza.

Unidos: Inclusivity for a Stronger Nation, the national theme is a celebration to honor and recognize the Hispanic community along with local leaders.

Some of the nomination categories include Young Rising Star, Business Community Service, and Hispanic Man ad Woman of the Year.
