Amarillo Turn Center Receives Over $6,400 From McDonalds Give Back Day

The Amarillo Turn Center was the latest recipient of the McDonalds Give Back Day with a check for $6,435.01.

McDonald’s Gives Back Day was created during the onset of the Pandemic as a way to help panhandle area charities that may be seeing a decline in donations due to COVID-19 and other factors.

The Turn Center is providing services for around 1,300 children counting their outpatient clinic and at school districts across the Texas Panhandle.

McDonald’s locations in Amarillo, Canyon, Dumas, Dalhart and Borger all gave a portion of all purchases to help contribute to the check.
