Amarillo Animal Management & Welfare Waiving Reclaim Fees

In light of last week’s historic wind event, Amarillo Animal Management & Welfare will be waiving reclaim fees from March 19 to the 23.
AAMW did not see a significant increase in stray animals after the high winds, but they understand that animal owners may have other costs to take care of at the time, like repairing or replacing fences.
Kennel, rabies voucher, vaccine a, d microchipping fees will be waived but veterinary bills will not.
AAMW encourages pet owners to consider their Adoption Option, which includes spay or neuter, microchip and the rabies vaccine. The cost is $55 for dogs and $45 for cats.
