Youth Advisory Committee of Family Support Services will Host a Movie Night for Kids in School

Join the Youth Advisory Committee of Family Support Services, for a fun night with an important message.

The committee will host a screening of the film, Los Graduados (The Graduates), a documentary exploring the lives of six kids from different minorities and the issues they face in education today.  

The full event itself will have a panel discussion involving local professionals with questions submitted from the committee and other youth from the area. Along with that, there will be a local middle school teacher, high school teacher, and law enforcement representative as part of the panel. 

This event will be held primarily for kids from 6-12th grades on Friday, May 6th from 6-8 pm at the Eastridge Mission Center, located at 1300 Evergreen St. Admission is free, with snacks, raffles, and prizes offered.
