WTAMU Launching New Fire Protection Program

West Texas A&M will be launching a new program that will help keep our community safe.

Thanks to a new partnership between Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC and West Texas A&M University’s College of Engineering to help provide highly trained fire safety engineers.

This new program will offer tracks for both undergraduate and graduate students with the undergrads being able to add 12 hours of specialized tracks to their bachelor of science program in mechanical engineering.

Graduate students may add a 12-hour certificate program that can be applied toward a master of science in engineering.

The new program kicks off Spring of 2022.
