WT Staff, Students Involved in Tuesday Crash

West Texas A&M University staff and students were injured in a crash Tuesday, June 21st in Canyon.

Officials for the Texas Department of Public Safety say the driver and passenger were in a pickup truck that was towing a trailer when it lost control and rolled over.

The university police department says the incident happened on Nance road as they were headed to a facility.

Both individuals were taken to an Amarillo hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
