WT, PSPCSD Partner To Provide Certified Teacher For Kids Kollege

West Texas A&M University in partnership with Plemons-Stinnett-Phillips Consolidated School District is expanding access to high-quality pre-kindergarten education.
The partnership between WT’s on-campus childcare center known as Kid’s Kollege, and the PSPCSD will provide a new, certified teacher for the WT campus daycare, while at the same time, boost the average daily attendance of students the school district serves.
With funding provided by the PSP district, Kids Kollege has hired Bella Mayo, a May graduate from the Terry B. Rogers College of Education and Social Sciences, as its first full-time, certified teacher.
