WT Offering Family Pass Again, Plus the Track Team Gets More Postseason Honors

The 2021-22 sports season might be over for our West Texas A&M athletes, but that means it’s the perfect time to start looking ahead to next season.

In partnership with Feldman’s Wrong Way Diner, WT will once again be offering their All-Sports Family pass for a 48-hour period from July 13th to the 14th.

For just $200 two adults and any children under the age of 18 will be able to attend every WT sporting event for the 2022-23 season.

That means you’ll have access to over 100 football, basketball, soccer, softball, baseball, and track and field events over the course of the year.

That same track and field team you’ll have a chance to watch just came home with even more postseason awards too.

The men’s and women’s teams picked up a combined 47 all-region honors announced by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Association.

The Lady Buffs were represented by 14 individuals, including Zada Swoopes, Leah Belfield, and Alana Wilson.

The men’s team came home with 15, led by Benjamin Azamati’s three total individual honors.

The women’s team ended the season as outdoor national champions, and the men were just behind them finishing second.

All of this sets the stage for what is sure to be another fantastic season of West Texas A&M athletics.
