WT Hosting Piano Extravaganza

West Texas A&M University will welcome more than a dozen acclaimed pianists for a concert on July 31st.

The High Plains Piano Extravaganza will feature performances from some of the greatest compositions of all time from legends including Mozart, Gershwin and Rachmaninoff.

The event begins at 5 pm in the Sybil B. Harrington Fine Arts Complex Recital Hall on WT’s campus and admission is free.

The participants include current WT staff, such as Dr. Sarah Rushing and Stephen Simpson, as well as a multitude of school alumni working in music in our area.
