WT Getting Ready For Their Music Camps This Summer
Registration is opening on February 14th for West Texas A&M University’s three acclaimed music camps.
From June 7th to 10th, the WT All-State Choir Camp will be available for students entering grades 9 through 12.
Choir Camp will cost $400 for residential campers and $195 for commuters, with a $100 discount to students who have made All-State Choir.
The WT String Camp will run from June 16 to the 18th and is designed for students ages 12 to 18 who play the violin, viola, cello, double bass, and harp.
Residential campers would pay $295 and commuter campers would pay $195, and a $45 discount is applied to members of the Amarillo Youth Choir.
The 70th WT Band Camp will run July 10th through the 16th and is a one-week experience for seventh-grade students up to high school seniors.
Band Camp is $635 for residential and $299 for commuter campers.
Students who made All-Star Band or were Honor Campers the previous year get either a $375 discount for residential or a $149 discount for commuter fees.
