...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO 10 PM CDT
THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 35 to 39 mph with gusts up to 55 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...All of the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 10 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. A
  few power outages are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Southwest winds will increase during the
  afternoon, and will shift to northwest late this afternoon in
  the northwest part of the Combined Panhandles. The wind shift
  line will move through remaining sections during the evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
