White Deer Auto Crash

The Texas Department of Public Safety says a Pampa woman was killed and a 14-year-old teen injured in an auto crash in White Deer.

The crash happened Thursday afternoon at 3;30 p.m. when a car driven by 37-year-old Terry Wyant of Pampa was traveling east on US 60, and for reasons unknown at this time, swerved off the roadway.

The SUV rolled over two times and came to a stop in the center median.

Neither Wyant nor the 14-year-old passenger were wearing a seatbelt.  Wyant was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead on the scene, while the 14-year-old was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
