Wheatheart Wheat Conference is Going Virtual!

The 22nd Annual Wheatheart Wheat Conference is still a “go” for 2020, according to Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Agent for Ochiltree County, Scott Strawn. ” This year, due to the virus situation, we decided to abbreviate the meeting and make it a little shorter and we are offering it online.”

This year’s festivities will be held on Thursday, August 6th from 9 am to 11am, via Zoom Meeting. Those logging in to the event will hear two educational topics presented by AgriLife Extension Specialists. The first topic will be Wheat Market Outlook and Marketing Strategies and the second topic will be Wheat Variety Selection. Also the results of the variety trials will be shared.

Registration is $10. Once you register you will be sent an email that contains an online meeting code that you will use to attend the virtual meeting. You can use any smart phone, laptop or desk top computer to attend.
