West Texas A&M University Announces 2nd Virtual Commencement Ceremony

West Texas A&M University is announcing some details concerning a virtual December graduation ceremony.

For a second time in 2020 and in the University’s history, graduation ceremonies will be held on line in deference to the Covid 19 pandemic.

University officials say Students who graduate in 2020 May, Summer or December May elect to attend planned , in person graduation ceremonies in late March, the middle of April or early May

The virtual commencement page goes live at 10 a.m. December 12th and will remain online until January 4th, so families can watch any time during the Christmas holidays.

Students are encouraged to send in one to three minute videos that allows them to thank family, friends faculty and coaches for their support.

Approved videos will will be linked to from each college’s commencement page.
