Update on Fire That Occurred Tuesday Morning

The Amarillo Fire Department responded to a house fire at 1944 Bellaire Street on Tuesday.
Crews arrived on scene around 11 am and had the fire under control by 11:17 am.
The fire was contained to the first floor of the residents but the basement and 2nd floor were also checked as precautionary measures.
No one was home at the time of the fire and there were no injuries reported.
