Don Harringto Discovery Center
A new exhibit at the Don Harrington Discovery Center is taking a look at refugee communities in Amarillo.
The Unity In The Community exhibit actually celebrates the unique lifestyles and contributions of members in our area.
The first group to be highlighted will be from the Karen Community from Myanmar.
Its estimated there are about 5-thousand Karens settled around the Amarillo area.
