TxDOT Hosting Open House to Discuss Improvements to I-40

The Texas Department of Transportation will be hosting an open house event to discuss proposed improvements to Interstate 40.
The event will be held on April 27th in the Amarillo College West Campus Lecture Hall in person and online at two separate times, the first from 2 to 4 pm and the second from 6 to 8 pm.
The changes would take place between I-40 West and Southwest 9th Avenue and would include modifying existing median cross-overs, constructing turn lanes, constructing median barriers, and more.
