Two Indicted For Death of 28-year-old Thomas Bernard Grensberg

Two men have been indicted after the murder of 28-year-old Thomas Bernard Grensberg In august.
On September 20th, Winton Dalton and Kyle Bannister were indicted for the shooting death of Grensburg who was found at a home near the 5000 block southwest 57th avenue.
Dalton was arrested that same night at an apartment complex on the 4200 block of Southwest 51st and Bannister was arrested on August 28th.
Dalton has been indicted for a capital murder charge, while Bannister has been indicted only for a simple murder charge.
