Two Arrested After Caught Transporting Drugs To Oklahoma City

Nearly $1 million worth of illegal drugs were seized after a traffic stop in Carson County.

On April 26th, authorities stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and while speaking with the driver and passenger, Troopers observed signs of criminal activity.

During an investigation with a K-9 unit, 10 clear vacuum sealed bundles of methamphetamine and 4 baggies with pills believed to be fentanyl.

The Driver admitted to being paid by the passenger to deliver the drugs from Las Angeles to Oklahoma City for $1,000.

Both were arrested and face charges of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
