Two teenagers are behind bars after running from the authorities.
Amarillo Police Officers were sent to a home near southwest 11th on a burglary call where the homeowners found the two teens in their garage.
The suspects left in their car where one of the homeowners followed them until police got involved.
The suspects ended up running a red light causing them to get in a wreck but left on foot until officers arrested them.
A 16-year-old suspect was booked into the Youth Center of the High Plains while 17-year-old Eric Hill was booked into the Potter County Jail.
Both were charged with Burglary and Evading Detention in a vehicle.
