Tulia Man Arrested After Wednesday Shooing

One man is behind bars after a shooting that left one dead in Tulia Wednesday.
The Tulia Police Department responded to a home near North El Paso and Norwest 8th around 7:30pm on a shooting call.
Once on scene they found 39-year-old Jonathan Ray Espinoza with multiple gunshot wounds and later died from his wounds in a Lubbock hospital.
Tulia PD arrested 37-year-old Fabian Saldana the 3rd and was booked into the Randall County Jail without bond.
