TTUHSC Recognized as a “2023 Great College to Work For”

Texas Tech University’s Health Sciences Center has not only been a premier institution for students but has also been recognized as a premier institution to work for as well.

According to a recent survey conducted by The Great Colleges to Work For® program, TTUHSC received a special designation as an “Honor Roll” institution.

The results are based on a survey of 194 colleges and universities, with 72 of them receiving a “Great College to Work For” recognition for specific best practices and policies.

Split into small, medium, and large universities, Tech was listed in the medium category with honors in eight categories: job satisfaction and support, compensation and benefits, professional development, mission and pride, confidence in senior leadership, faculty, and staff well-being, shared governance, and faculty experience. 

The Great Colleges to Work For program is one of the largest and most respected workplace-recognition programs in the country.
