TTUHSC Professor Named a Fellow for Prestigious Organization

A professor at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center was recently named a fellow for the The Gerontological Society of America.
Alyce Ashcraft, professor and associate dean for research and scholarship at the TTUHSC, was recognized for her continued outstanding contributions to the field of gerontology.
Ashcraft will be expected to serve as an expert resource for developing scholars and the public, as well as a plethora of other duties that will benefit the field.
She will also be featured in the upcoming July edition of Gerontology News, the monthly newsletter for GSA.
