TTUHSC New Pharmacy Program

A new Pharmacy degree program will be introduced at the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center.

The new unique hybrid program, called  “Pioneer Pathway,” will allow opportunities to students seeking a career in pharmaceuticals.

The Doctor of Pharmacy degree plan allows students to obtain their degree remotely from anywhere in the United States for the first two and a half years of the program while still implementing student-professor engagement.

The program allows larger access to individuals who have restrictions that keep them from being able to relocate or attend classes.

Students will be required to be on campus two weeks out of each semester for the first two years and then will be required to attend in-person labs and clinics for the last 12 months of the program.

“Pioneer Pathway” Program will begin in the fall.
