TTUHSC Holding Symposium on Geriatric Oncology
The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center will be hosting a medical symposium Saturday, May 7th.
The event, titled “Geriatric Oncology In a Pandemic”, is designed for health care professionals and will cover information on geriatric oncology during a pandemic and ethical challenges for COVID and vaccinations.
The conference will take place from 8:30am until 2:30pm at the Amarillo College West Campus, located at 6222 SW 9th Avenue.

Along with the panel discussion, TTUHSC will be offering a free subscription to its MommyMeds app through May 8th in honor of Mothers Day.
The app is designed for women who are pregnant or nursing and helps them identify more than 20,000 medications and their uses.
