Today Is National Pie Day! What Is Your Favorite Pie?

Today is a good day for dessert. It’s National Pie Day. The event began in the mid-1970s when a nuclear engineer, brewer, and teacher in Boulder, Colorado declared his birthday, January 23rd, to be National Pie Day. It’s been sponsored by the American Pie Council since 1986.
