The Hunt Is On For A Randall County Fugitive

Randall County has a new fugitive on their Wanted Wednesday list.

37-year-old Stephan Perez is wanted for assault of a family member by impeding breath or circulation.

He stands 5-foot-7 and weighs 178 pounds.
