The Historic Summit Is Over, What Do You Think?

(Singapore) — A historic meeting with Kim Jong Un is leading President Trump to be confidant North Korea will begin denuclearization. The summit concluded in Singapore this morning after the two leaders signed a pledge vowing to work towards complete denuclearization of the Korean peninsula. In a joint statement, Kim reaffirmed his “firm and unwavering commitment” to complete denuclearization, while Trump agreed to provide security guarantees to North Korea. The statement did give details on how or when North Korea would denuclearize. While speaking to reporters after the meeting, Trump said the U.S. will stop military exercises with South Korea in the region.   (From Metro News Source)
