Texas Rangers Investigating Potter County Jail Death

According the the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Texas Rangers are investigating the death of 33-year-old Josiah Johnson of Borger Friday.
Johnson was being held in the Potter County Jail at the time of his death.
The death was confirmed by Sheriff Brian Thomas but was not able to provide any additional information.
This investigation is still underway. According to the DPS, the results of the investigation will be provided to the Potter County District Attorney’s office.
