The Texas Department of State Health Services has released new details regarding COVID-19 cases connected to JBS Beef in Moore County.
DSHS looked at several photos of the plant and issued several suggestions. The Health Department then took a tour of the plant where they sawthe plant had started the recommendations and were following protocols necessary to keep JBS open for business.
According to the state the plant has been helping with investigations by identifying close contacts of employees who test positive for COVID-19 and taking appropriate health action.
Also, according to the state,there are 114 COVID-19 cases associated to JBS Beef Plant , but not all cases are in Moore County.
