Stocks are looking to rebound after the worst week since March.
Investors are weighing the implications of the upcoming election.
They’re also looking at rising coronavirus cases around the nation and lockdowns being implemented in Europe.
At the opening bell, the Dow Jones Industrial Average is up by about one-point-four-percent.
The S&P 500 is rising by one-point-two-percent while the Nasdaq is also in the green, up around point-nine-percent.
