Spearman Museum Set to Undergo Renovations

A Spearman Museum is undergoing renovations.

The Stationmasters House originally opened in the ’70s was built to house the railroad stationmaster and his family.

The museum hopes to display the impact of the railroad in Spearman and the surrounding Panhandle Communities.

Volunteers from high school students, board members, and the community are working on refurbishing the museum which includes cleaning and assessing different artifacts.

The museum is set to be reopened by June 3 for Heritage Days in Spearman.
