Dnipro, Amarillo’s Sister City underwent devastating missile strikes over the weekend.
Many local citizens reached out to the City of Amarillo to ask how they could help the people in this war-torn land.
Amarillo City Council approved a sister city agreement with Dnipro in December.
The Kind House Ukraine Bakery in Amarillo is accepting donations to assist the community and victims of the attacks.
