Severe Weather To Impact Texas and Oklahoma

Texas and Oklahoma are gearing up for possible flooding and tornadoes this weekend.

A severe weather system is moving towards the South-Central U.S., dumping heavy snow in the Rockies and High Plains today and bringing flooding rains to parts of Oklahoma and North Texas.

On Saturday, forecasters predict hail, torrential downpours, damaging winds and possible tornadoes in the South-Central Plains.

On Sunday, the severe weather will stretch from Houston to St. Louis.

Forecasters warn of hazardous driving conditions, including downed trees and power lines, deep water in the roads and sudden reductions in visibility.
