Several Pleas Made In Carson

Four Pleas were given in the 100th Judicial District Court in Carson County by the District Attorney and the assistant D.A on August second.

The pleas were handed down against 30 year old Devin Emanuel Martinez for a third degree felony offense of Driving while Intoxicated. Martinez has to pay a 3-thousand dollar fine plus fees for lab restitution, and court costs complete 200 hours of community service. Violating any regulations could cost him ten years in prison.

Forty four year old Robert Wesley Murray from Amarillo is placed on four years probation for possession of a controlled substance. He’s ordered to pay four thousand dollars in fines plus court costs and community service and another man was given a three year probation term on possession of marijuana charge
