Saturday Fire North Hayden Street

The Amarillo Fire Marshals office is looking into a Saturday afternoon structure at 1004 North Hayden Street.

The fire happened at 3:00 p.m. after many people had called 9 11 to report it.

When Amarillo Fire arrived on the scene they found a shed, fence, and grass fully engulfed, and they quickly put out the blaze.

Callers to 911 said they witnessed a large plume of smoke that could be seen from some distance.

Fire officials say no injuries were reported.
