Rick Husband International Airport continues with travel problems from the Christmas holiday.

Flights have been affected at Rick Husband with 8 cancellations so far this morning, each from Southwest Airlines, although there have not been any delays.

The airport has released a special notice to all flyers, saying due to baggage system snafus and high passenger numbers,
they should arrive 90 minutes before their departure time. So far, today nationwide there have been 1-thousand and one delayed flights and over 4-thousand cancellations.

Most major airports have felt the affects of the winter storms, but Southwest seems to be taking the biggest hit with 2-508 flights canceled and 144 flights delayed.
