Reagor-Dykes Auto Group Owners To Pay More Than $2.7 Million; 13th Employee Sentenced

Bart Reagor and  Annette Reagor of Reagor-Dykes Auto Group have been ordered to pay over $2.7 million after a complaint was filed by Universal Underwriters Service Corporation.

Lubbock Division of the Northern District of Texas US Court, Judge Sam R. Cummings ordered the two to make the $2.7 million plus pre-judgement interest, post-judgement interest, along with attorneys’ fees and costs.

A 13th employee of the group, 40-year-old Andrea Kate Phillips, was sentenced to 4 years probation and ordered to pay over $40.2 Million.

Phillips was an office manager at the auto groups Floydada location – and admitted that they regularly sold vehicles without repaying the financing lenders within the seven-day time limit.
