Reagor Appeal Denied

Bart Reagor will spend the next nine years of his 14-year prison sentence in jail.

That’s because a federal judge denied a motion to deny a reduced sentence petition last Thursday.

Reagor was convicted of making false statements to the International Bank of Commerce in October 2021.

Reagor transferred more than $1.7 million to his personal accounts from a $10 million working capital loan provided by IBC. The loan was intended to be used solely for the Reagor-Dykes Auto Group.

He has to pay back 1.7 million dollars.

On two counts of bank fraud, Reagor was found not guilty.
