Amarillo Crime Stoppers is looking for a wanted fugitive.
33-year-old Jesse Madrigal Jr is wanted out of Randall County for the motion to proceed/assault of a family member/impede breathing.
Madrigal is 5 foot 10, 155 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
