Randall County Approves County Burn Ban

The Randall County Commissioner’s Court  agreed to pass another county-wide burn ban Order.

This Order will prohibit any and all outdoor burning of trash, debris and brush in the unincorporated areas of the county for 90 days.

If weather conditions change, Commissioners would meet again to loosen the ban restrictions.

A violation of the Order is a Class C misdemeanor, punishable by a fine up to $500.00.
