Randall County Apprehend Subject

Randall County Sheriffs Deputies were called to the 6800 block of Rockwell on November 26th around 11:38am for a welfare check.

After plenty attempts by Deputies to get the subject to exit the vehicle the subject remained uncooperative and kept refusing to exit. A short time later a SWAT call out was initiated.

The negotiation team was unable to get the subject to exit the vehicle, so The SWAT team was able to use a less lethal option to have the subject exit the vehicle.

The suspect was taken into custody and provided medical care for minor injuries by EMS.

This incident is currently under investigation.
