Presidents of AC and LCU to sign articulation agreement

The presidents of Amarillo College and Lubbock Christian University will meet at 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 25th to sign an articulation agreement that ensures seamless transfer of credit hours between the two schools.

President Russell Lowery-Hart of AC and President Scott McDowell of LCU will sign the agreement during a brief ceremony on the second floor of the College Union Building on AC’s Washington Street Campus.

An articulation agreement is a formal partnership between two or more institutions of higher education generally focused on providing a smooth transfer experience for students.

Both institutions benefit as the agreements make the pathway to a bachelor’s degree easier to navigate for students who have graduated with an associate degree from AC.
