Potter County Sheriff’s Office Hosting Active Shooter Training Class

The Potter County Sheriff’s Office announced they will be holding a new training course for the public.

The Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events class aims to provide tips on what to do for self-preservation if you find yourself in an active shooter situation.

This training will be held at the Potter County Sheriff’s Office on June 9th from 6pm-8pm, located at 13103 NE 29th Ave.

The department asks that if you plan on attending you do not bring a gun, as this is strictly an informational meeting.
