A troubling story from the US Health and Human Services titled “Wolves in White Coats” outlining the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center of Amarillo billing the federal government for what the HHS describes as “a system in which minors diagnosed with gender dysphoria were placed into long-term treatment regimens involving puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and sometimes surgeries—each generating recurring revenue for pediatric endocrinology, surgery, and affiliated specialties.” A TTHSU official has confirmed awareness of the report.
