Amarillo College placed a high-ranking administrative staffer on administrative leave October 3. He resigned earlier this week. This appears to involve some sort of mismanagement of a large amount of money. Some say $5 million, others $12 million. Why did the school wait 40 days or more to issue a press release? Why was this person placed on leave? Why did he resign? So many questions.
