Amarillo College Board of Regents member John Beatoncourt was arrested 1.2.26, charged with DWI 2nd. Yep, his second such offense. But he has a traceable history that suggests he has an alcohol problem. So, why has he not stepped down from the AC BOR? Why hasn't the college issued a statement noting it has relieved him of his board membership?
