Michael Ford of Panhandle Taxpayers For Transparency joins MJ by phone to share his organization’s findings that appear to link Amarillo City Councilman David Prescott (P3) and his business, Talon, LPE to doing business with Fermi America, Inc. prior to the council meeting where Fermi made is presentation of the Matado Project and subsequent ask for the City of Amarillo to sell the project water. Councilman Prescott did not notice his involvement nor recuse himself from that portion of the Oct. 2025 meeting.
