A survey of just over 6,900 Amarillo residents took part in a survey where they shared their thoughts on everything from what is important to them, to prioritizing existing assets. It was a 10-year plan that we are only five years into. So, what happened? One resident has offered a fix, even putting up $10,000 to get it started.
